We are looking for an ambitious and dedicated HR Manager who can contribute to the future growth of Dstny Denmark.

We believe that you have experience from similar roles as HR Manager and are good at handling different types of relationships and can convey your message in a simple and educational way that creates trust and confidence. You are a strong communicator and always act in the interests of the company and employees to create growth. To succeed, you also need to have great commitment and drive to see the business’s needs.
Job responsibilities
The HR Manager is an important part of the Dstny management team, responsible for ensuring that the business and HR strategy are driven together, both in line with guidelines and local needs. A large part of your role is to challenge and develop our HR processes in close collaboration with your team. This includes ensuring that the HR strategies are translated into action in the most effective way, thereby actively contributing to the growth of the business through our talented employees.
As our HR Manager, you are also an HR Business partner and together with our leaders you attract, challenge, support and develop our employees and leaders. You work proactively with organizational & leadership issues and skills development, coaching, recruitment, work environment and change management, etc.
Together with the management team, you are responsible for ensuring updated succession planning so that both existing talent is identified and that in the long term we have the right staffing at the company.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in People Administration (or similar).
- 2-3 years’ experience as HR Manager, previous experience in an international organization is a plus.
- Strong in HR Admin tasks as Payroll, Comp & Ben and reporting
- You possess strong culture skills and can communicate people insights efficiently with stakeholders throughout the organization.
- You can work autonomously while also being a valued team member.
- Fluent in English and Danish.
