Automatic Payments with Betalingsservice
You can now register your future invoices from Dstny with Betalingsservice. Payments are handled easily and automatically and are made on time – neither too early nor too late – helping you avoid interest charges and late payment fees.
Help with registration
- “CPR no.”: Enter all 10 digits of your CPR number without spaces or hyphens.
- “Reg. no.”: Your bank’s registration number. This should always consist of 4 digits.
- “Account no.”: Your bank account number. Enter it without hyphens. It should always consist of 10 digits, so if your account number (excluding the registration number) is shorter, add zeros at the beginning.
- “Customer no.”: Your Dstny customer number. Most customer numbers begin with K45, but please check your invoice to confirm yours.
- “PBS no.”: This is pre-filled with Dstny’s agreement number and should not be changed.
- “Debtor group no.”: This is pre-filled with the correct group number and should not be changed.

Register your monthly invoice with Betalingsservice
Betalingsservice is quick and easy to use. It handles your payments automatically, so you do not have to set them up manually in your online banking system. Registration takes less than 2 minutes.
Full control over your invoices
When you register your monthly invoice with Betalingsservice, your invoice will still be available in our self-service portal every month. Betalingsservice ensures that your payment is made on time – neither too early nor too late. Your money also remains in your bank account until the final payment due date, allowing you to maximise any interest benefits.
You still have full control over your payments. When you receive a payment summary, you have the option to reject a payment. If there is a payment you do not want to be processed or would like to reverse, you can reject it by notifying your bank no later than the 7th day of the payment month. If this is not a banking day, the deadline is the next banking day.
No additional costs
When you use Betalingsservice, you avoid payment fees, reminder fees and late-payment interest. International customers cannot register for Betalingsservice and will be charged a payment fee of DKK 100 per invoice for the manual processing of payments.
If you are not registered for automatic payment through Betalingsservice, you will not be eligible for credit and will instead be required to make an advance payment of an amount determined by Dstny.
PBS/NETS operates Betalingsservice
PBS/NETS is jointly owned by Danish financial institutions and Danmarks Nationalbank. This ensures that your payments are handled easily and automatically and are paid on time, helping you optimise your cash flow.
Security and storage of confidential information
Your information is confidential and transmitted using the same secure methods used for online payments. A small padlock icon at the bottom of the registration window indicates that you are using a secure server. Your registration also takes place over an encrypted connection, preventing anyone from reading or modifying the information exchanged between you and PBS/NETS.
Your information is therefore handled in strict confidence and sent directly to PBS/NETS.
