Employees can select which phone number is displayed when making calls. They can choose their landline number, mobile number, a group number, or the company’s main number.

Employees can log in and out of their ACD call groups directly from the Teams interface. With a single click, they can manage all their call groups.

Send text messages

Employees can send text messages (SMS) to both existing contacts and new numbers via Teams. Simply select the recipient and write the message.

Update presence status

When you update your presence status in Teams, it is automatically reflected in the telephony system as well - ensuring the same status is shown in both places.
