Failover

Maximum uptime for telephony and IT systems

Failover ensures maximum uptime

Lack of access to telephony, office systems, CRM, ERP, and payment systems often results in lost revenue, missed orders, and dissatisfied customers.

We offer failover solutions tailored to your company’s communication and collaboration needs, as well as your requirements for guaranteed uptime. With our failover solutions, you avoid operational downtime when the primary connection to telephony and IT systems is unavailable due to cable cuts or failures in central equipment.

We offer:

  • Wireless 4G failover for data and internet access via MPLS or the 4G mobile network

  • Fiber Type 1 to MPLS with data and telephony

  • Fiber Type 2 to MPLS with data and telephony

  • AirFiber

Failover with wireless 4G connectivity

A redundant connection is established using a 4G internet connection. During failover, access to data and the internet is available at variable speeds, while fixed-line telephony and hosted PBX services are not guaranteed to function.

failover_type_1_dstny

Failover with Fiber Connection Type 1

Designed to secure MPLS with data and telephony. The redundant connection is established using an alternative fiber route on a different path than the primary connection, though via the same central office. The solution provides full functionality on the secondary line, with the option to choose bandwidth as required.

failover_type_2_dstny

Failover with Fiber Connection Type 2

Also designed to secure MPLS with data and telephony. The redundant connection is established using an alternative fiber route on a different path than the primary connection and via a different central office. The solution provides full functionality on the secondary line, with the option to select bandwidth as needed.
