How long do you keep my application?
If you have submitted an unsolicited application to Dstny A/S, we may in some cases choose to retain your application for up to 6 months. In all other cases, we will delete it as soon as the application has been fully processed.
If the recruitment process for a specific position takes longer than 6 months, we will contact you to obtain your consent to retain your application and CV for a longer period.
How can I access, delete or correct the information you hold about me?
You can contact dpo@dstny.dk or hr@dstny.dk at any time to request access to, deletion of, or correction of the personal data we have registered about you.
Where can I file a complaint about the processing of my personal data?
You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Agency if you are dissatisfied with the way we process your personal data. You can find the Danish Data Protection Agency’s contact details at datatilsynet.dk.
How do I withdraw my consent?
If, in connection with your application, you have provided written consent for us to obtain references, a criminal record certificate or similar information, you can withdraw your consent by contacting hr@dstny.dk or dpo@dstny.dk.
Do you obtain information about me from other sources?
If we are interested in your application, we may search for publicly available information about you. This may include information found through a Google search or on LinkedIn.
