You can record your own voice prompts for the welcome menu/IVR, closing messages, etc., in your phone system.

It is also possible to use the built-in Text-to-Speech feature in the new admin module SMP – Service Management Portal (beta), available here:
https://admin.connect.dstny.dk (use the same login as for connect.dstny.dk)

Text-to-Speech is voice synthesis software that converts text into natural-sounding speech and supports multiple languages, including Danish, German, English, Finnish, Norwegian, and Swedish.

How to find audio files:

  1. Select Expert view
  2. Go to Organization setup → Audio files
  3. Here you can edit existing and create new voice prompts
