Create a sense of proximity when international customers call you

International numbers

Great customer service for international customers
When your French customers call a French phone number to reach your company, they experience local presence, greater proximity, and increased trust.
They benefit from lower call costs, which increases their willingness to engage in dialogue.
Benefits of international numbers
How inbound and outbound calls work with international numbers
If a customer in, for example, France calls your company’s French main phone number, the call is routed via a local French provider to your business in Denmark. The call is handled like any other call. The customer in France will not notice that the call is actually being routed to Denmark. The French customer only pays the local French call rate.
You pay a monthly fee for having international numbers. There is no charge for inbound traffic, although a small fee may apply to incoming calls in selected countries. Specific fees may apply.
If you make an outbound call to, for example, a customer in Germany and want to display a German main phone number, the PBX in your phone solution can be configured to do so. This means that all calls from your company to Germany are presented with the German number. The German customer will see the German number and experience it as a local call. These calls are billed at standard international calling rates.
