The “listen-in” mode allows the supervisor to listen to the conversation while neither party can hear the supervisor. The supervisor will always join a new call in “listen-in” mode.

Coach
The “coach” mode allows the supervisor to guide the employee during the call without the third party being able to hear it.

Join
In “join” mode, the supervisor can enter the conversation, allowing all three parties to hear and speak with each other.
