In 2009, Bellagroup chose a solution with advanced hosted PBX systems and a complex MPLS network. In addition, we manage network operations, including their Wi-Fi.
The solution supports approximately 1,580 hotel rooms, 160 meeting and conference rooms, and around 200,000 m² of conference, meeting, and event facilities with capacity for more than 30,000 people, covering telephony, internet, and Wi-Fi.
The unique setup is designed to be quickly adaptable and easily scalable.

Dstny delivers a fiber network to thousands of guests each year
Dstny provides a highly complex fiber network that connects all business units and delivers internet access to Bellagroup’s many thousands of guests annually. The network is designed so that Bellagroup can act as an Internet Service Provider, offering ultra-fast internal internet connections as well as stable and reliable telephony for their exhibition participants.
Telephony is integrated with the group’s booking system
Bellagroup does not use traditional, large, power-consuming hotel PBX systems. As one of the first telecom providers in the world, we developed an advanced hosted hotel PBX platform in 2009 for Crowne Plaza Copenhagen Towers, contributing to greener and more sustainable hotel telephony. Today, telephony across all of Bellagroup is virtualized in our redundant hosting centers.
Finally, the telephony system is integrated with the group’s booking systems and employees’ calendars. This integration is used alongside newly developed switchboard services for reception and call center use, ensuring more efficient communication and task handling at Bellagroup.
