Brdr. Jardorf A/S was originally founded at Kongens Nytorv in Copenhagen in 1917 as a tailor of exclusive menswear.

The company, better known as Jardex, continues to design and sell high-end menswear in its stores, through its corporate division, and via its webshop.

Jardex has been a customer with us for several years and from the outset wanted a telephony solution that could deliver secure, high-quality IP and mobile telephony, while also making it easy to get in touch with service representatives at their telecom provider.

Jardex’s telephony system consists of four key components:

  1. From the outset, Jardex chose both fiber and copper-based internet connections, as well as telephony from us. This provides Jardex’s locations with robust internet access and high-quality telephony (QoS). In addition, Jardex uses a hosted firewall for security.
  2. The Connect 3.0 telephony system handles both IP and mobile telephony (Unified Communications), allowing Jardex to use the same features regardless of device.
  3. Jardex has a dedicated contact team at Dstny who knows their setup, ensuring that any changes or expansions to the telephony solution are implemented immediately and without unnecessary delays.
  4. Finally, Jardex receives a single invoice from one provider, reducing administrative time and effort.
