Before switching to Dstny, Maxi Zoo had already consolidated everything with a single provider. However, operations became problematic because the previous telecom provider fell short in two key areas.

Firstly, the personal client did not function as intended. It had too many bugs, which eventually led employees to stop using it, resulting in reduced communication efficiency.

Secondly, ongoing adjustments to the telephony solution were often too slow, especially when setting up new users or opening new stores. When Maxi Zoo contacted customer service or support, queues were often long, and once a request was submitted, it frequently took far too long to resolve.

As a result, Maxi Zoo looked for a new full-service provider and chose us. The technical capabilities were in place, but it was especially the prospect of fast communication and quick issue resolution when problems or new needs arose that made the difference.

Maxi Zoo has now grown to 46 stores across Denmark, and with each new store opening, communication is delivered on time and with the right setup, partly because our contact team and Maxi Zoo’s team know each other well, and partly because predefined profiles are in place for setting up new users and locations..
