Dertil har North tilvalgt voicemail til deres medarbejdere i løsningen. Det betyder, at hvis en kunde ringer, og medarbejderen er optaget, vil voicemailen fortælle dette til kunden (spoken absense). Dermed får kunden en klar og præcis besked.
