Pedersen & Nielsen is one of Denmark’s major car dealership groups. The company is in a phase of expansion and has increased the number of branches from 7 to 9 in recent years.

Pedersen & Nielsen needed a flexible solution that could leverage their existing data network from CDK Global while also reducing the number of data subscriptions. The solution also needed to make it much easier to update welcome messages, IVR (Interactive Voice Response), hunt groups, and more.

Dstny provided the capabilities they were looking for with a Unified Communications solution that also integrates mobile phones.

Pedersen & Nielsen’s annual telephony costs were DKK 277,000. With Dstny’s solution, the annual costs were reduced to DKK 190,000, and after transitioning to telephony via CDK Global lines, the annual costs dropped to DKK 140,000, resulting in a 49% saving.
