Selandia Automobiler’s telephony solution has been continuously adapted in line with our business development, so that today it supports the organization in its daily operations through four key components.We have a dedicated contact team at Dstny who knows us well, ensuring that any changes or expansions to the telephony solution are implemented immediately and without unnecessary delays.Finally, we receive only one invoice from a single provider, which reduces administrative time and effort.

Key components of Selandia’s solution

Selandia Automobiler has chosen an MPLS network that connects its departments in a private and closed circuit, providing the company with a secure internet connection protected by a state-of-the-art firewall. Their guest LAN is designed with filters, ensuring that guests have internet access only and no access to the rest of Selandia Automobiler’s MPLS network.

With the MPLS circuit and QoS, employees benefit from optimal voice quality on their IP telephony, with selective use of the Connect 3.0 Client.

In addition, Selandia Automobiler uses mobile telephony via the Connect 3.0 App, and across both IP and mobile telephony, they have access to all telephony features. Furthermore, additional features can easily be added as new needs arise within Selandia Automobiler.
