The collaboration developed from installing a secure MPLS circuit in Denmark to extending it to Sweden and later implementing telephony across all Danish offices.
Temp-Team’s business is about creating the best match between companies and candidates.

They have been a customer with us since 2014, when they first had a private and secure MPLS circuit delivered in Denmark. Since then, the circuit has been expanded to include their Swedish offices.
At the same time, Temp-Team implemented a tailored telephony solution covering all offices in Denmark.

We joined the journey in 2014 and have, over the past 10 years, delivered an increasing range of Temp-Team’s telephony and IT solutions. Temp-Team’s setup consists of three key components that strengthen daily operations:

  1. The customized MPLS network connects offices in Denmark and Sweden, giving Temp-Team full control, security over internet traffic and telephony, and the ability to scale as their needs grow.
  2. Temp-Team has chosen a unified communications solution with a switchboard covering both IP and mobile telephony, allowing employees to use the same features across devices.
  3. In their offices, Temp-Team employees use Connect Client to handle customer calls faster and more efficiently via their PC/Mac.
